Vehicle Detail
Here I have for sale is a nice 1971 Honda CT-70. These bike are amazing trail bikes and have become famous for their durability, thus they have become collectable over- time. This Bike has wear from being the age it is. However it is in very good shape. It is a one owner and has been garage kept since new. The bike has a rebuilt carburetor, but doesn't work like it should. I still have original carburetor that if it was rebuilt it should run back to normal. The bike is all complete ( all original other than carburetor, gas cap and tail light) even the tires are original, however it is not in perfect running order at the moment. The carburetor seems to be the issue. Also have extra fuel line hose to go along with it. This is the much more rare 4 speed with clutch. It also still has repair kit under seat. Local Pick-Up only Thank You - I have the original key and owners manuel, No title.. Get it in time to make a awesome Christmas gift.On Dec-08-13 at 13:25:42 PST, seller added the following information: Hello everyone, just wanted to make sure everyone who views my listing understands the BIKE DOES NOT RUN AS OF NOW. IT RAN ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO AND HAS NOT BEEN STARTED SINCE THEN. WHEN IT DID RUN IT RAN POORLY DUE TO THE NEW CARBURETOR NOT BEING AS GOOD AS ORIGINAL( WHEN ORIGINAL WAS GOOD OF COURSE). Just wanted to make sure everyone was not felt miss lead in anyway. I have 100% feedback and want to make sure that whoever wins is completely satisfied that what you see and read about is what you get. ~ Also Bike in picture looks more blue than actually is. It looks more "AQUA" color in person and in sunlight. Wanted to clearify that as well - 12/1970 was actual manufacture date but wasn't bought til it was 1971
