Vehicle Detail
Thank you for your interest. This 2002 V70 XC AWD is in very decent shape, has low mileage, and runs great. It has a number of items included which are either optional or have been misplaced at time of resale, such as: third row seat, cargo compartment cover, cargo compartment net, fog lights. Exterior is a beautiful deep blue, and interior is a light sand tone leather. We have done quite a number of maintenance milestones: tires, timing belts, brakes. Everything works well but in full disclosure, I will mention a few things I know to be issues. The right fog light is out - easy consumer replacement. The check engine light is illuminated. We know this not to be anything for serious alarm, and do not wish to invest in the labor / parts for replacing sensors necessary to resolve it. There are numerous dings, dents, & scratches and for all of the above listed - we will be selling the auto "as is". All of this said, it is a great car & if you are looking at it - you are likely aware of the life expectancy of these cars. Please review pictures, let us know if you would like to see others - and let us know of any / all questions you might have. Thanks again for your interest - Tracy. On Nov-25-13 at 07:23:37 PST, seller added the following information: We did not include an issue experienced by a number of Volvo models. According to information found on the internet, there are drain lines which lead down from the sunroof opening. These lines can become clogged with dirt & debris, resulting in moisture getting into the cabin. We have during extreme heavy downpour rains for prolonged periods, experienced this issue with our auto. There are videos on YouTube, demonstrating a very simple procedure to clean out these lines. Again, something we've not invested in having done by the shop - and it appears to be a fix which can be performed by the consumer. On Nov-29-13 at 07:50:31 PST, seller added the following information: As we've received multiple inquiries as to the cause for illumination of the check engine light, we dug back into some service records and found some pertinent information. For reference, please see attached document for your review. This is a cut / pasted description of work performed by the shop one year ago, and was our last effort to resolve check engine light issue(s). It has been on for quite some time with evidently no effect on the auto. Hoping this is helpful & thank you again for your interest - Tracy.
