RESPONSIBILITIES The winning bidder shall be responsible for all taxes, license, title and  registration fees or other costs associated with owning a vehicle, including,  without liability, a standard waiver and release of liability. The winning  bidder shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the vehicle after the title has  been transferred. The winning bidder must either, at the winner's election,  personally retrieve the vehicle or pay for the cost of shipping the vehicle  within (30) days of written notification from seller and must present adequate  personal identification and evidence of legally required insurance. Upon payment  for the vehicle, Title shall be transferred from the current owner of the  vehicle to the winning bidder. Payment and Title transfer may take up to a few  weeks after payment has been made. The vehicle is sold "as is".
