68 El Camino SS Clone 68 El Camino SS Clone custom restore New 383 (460hp Dyno on pump gas) Stroker motor from "United Racing Engines " in 2011 New turbo 350 with 2500rpm stall, and aluminum pan, in 2013 Front disc brake conversion with global west tubular upper and lower a-arms and 2" Drop spindle GM 12 bolt with large aluminum cover for more fluid and posi-loc, and drum brakes 4.11 Gears New Center Line wheels, custom off-set to allow a wide rear tire. all new in 2012 New line lock for locking up front but letting rear brakes go (Lots of fun) 2012 New air shocks and Air bags in 2012 New exhaust with cutouts in 2012 ( Tips come out nascar style in front of rear tire, sounds amazing) Car was frame off restore in 05/06 by a guy in Chicago. Had a mild 350 that I pulled out when I bought and did all the above. The interior was also done during the restore. Has all SS door panels, Horseshoe shifter, new carpet, liner, it was all done very professionally and looks great. Interior is perfect with added gauges for oil pressure, volt, temp. The interior is really a 10/10. The exterior is a 9/10 for the clear coat burn and a couple small paint cracks seen in pictures. The mechanical is a 10/10, it really runs out good and sounds amazing.
