Vehicle Detail
This truck is the cliche "one owner, old man, all maintenance records" truck. He was about to get taken bad at the dealer in trade-in value, so I "rescued" him, and scored myself a great truck at the same time. I have installed a 4000rpm governor spring kit, and heavy duty valve springs. It has a new radiator. The killer dowel pin is tabbed. Everything else is stock. All tamper-proof screws are still on the injection pump. It has good tires, and fresh Premium Blue Extreme full synthetic oil. Also has new fuel filter. I had a stereo installed at Car Tunes in Ft. Worth, TX. It is a flip out, and it's Kenwood's answer to the crappy flip-outs of the past. Instead of the screen coming out of the dash and flipping up, the entire stereo motors out. Then the screen flips forward with copious amounts of metal bracing, and then the stereo motors back into the dash. It's very cool, and very stout. It doesn't wobble around. If you want to look it up, it is a "Kenwood kvt 516". It was pretty expensive at the time. Now, you can find them closer to four hundred bucks. The truck will come with a full set of gauges and three-pod A-pillar mount. They are not installed. The gauges are Autometer Phantom I. 60psi boost, 125-250* trans temp, and 0-2000* EGT. The truck will also come with a brand new leveling kit that I have not yet installed. It will add three inches to the front, and two inches to the rear. When completed, the rear will still be one inch higher than the front, and the truck will look better all around. I also bought all the stuff to convert the tranny cooler hard lines to rubber with enough fittings to input the trans temp sensor and retain the pressure transducer so everything will still work like factory. I've kept this truck because if everything else on my property broke down, I knew this truck would still be running. But now I'm up to four trucks. I'm posting this with a certain amount of hope that it won't sell to be honest. Good luck, bidders! It's a great truck. By the way, it says the item is in Grand Junction, CO. It's in San Antonio, TX now. I guess Ebay thinks I still live in Colorado.
