Vehicle Detail

I am selling my 1967 Lincoln Convertible. This is a non-AC Car. I imagine it’s not very important if you can put the top down on summer day’s lol. This is a complete and exceptionally solid car with only 57K miles original miles. Some of the trim was being removed to get the car ready for paint. Any trim that is not currently on the car I do have except the lower passenger side skirt. I reinstalled most the trim for the pictures and sat the hood trim on. This car is solid with zero rust issues. The floors, rockers, 1/4s, door bottoms are all clean with no rot or rust issues at all. There is no rust bubbling or rot anywhere on this car. The body is also straight with no waves, or signs of body work or bondo. All the gaps and body lines are all exceptional. There is one ding on the nose of the car about the size of a dime. This car was repainted in the early 80s and the light blue paint has pulled back and started to flake off exposing the primer coat beneath. Other than the paint, the body on this car is rust free and in amazing condition. The top and interior are also in great shape. The white leather has no tears or cracks; the top was replaced sometime in the late 80s and has no flaws, stains or tears of any kind. This car starts runs and drives excellent. The transmission shifts smooth and the engine runs and idles great. The windows only work on bypass and move up and down slow. The convertible top does not go up and down but all the components are there. I did manage to jump the relay and get the trunk to unlock, open and raise leading me to believe the components themselves work and the relays will probably just need cleaned. The exhaust will need replaced. Both mufflers have come apart at the seams and there is a leak on the pipe coming down from the driver’s side exhaust manifold (There is a seller in NC that sells the complete replica exhaust for $400 here on ebay) The bias ply tires are in great shape and have plenty of tread. Please feel free to email me with any questions or additional picture requests. This car is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction until the reserve is met. On Nov-12-13 at 06:00:23 PST, seller added the following information: The body on this car is lazer straight and all the body lines and gaps are clean and crisp just as they were from the factory. Prepping this car for paint would be very little work. I will be happy to assist anyone with shipping. Please contact me for a shipping quote. When I sold my roadrunner I found a shipper that was excellent to deal with and half the cost of the other quotes I recieved.
