I am listing this car for my Mother-In-Law. She just bought a new 328 Convertible and I refused to let her trade this car in because I am a BMW enthusiast and it's a meticulously maintained, low mileage beautiful e46 that I would not allow to be wholesaled. The car has no mechanical failures and every time something came up, it went to Crevier BMW or Rose Auto in Yorba Linda. The car was purchased new my my mother-in-law and comes with a ton of service records. The remainder of the records could be retrieved from Crevier and Rose auto with the VIN number. The Convertible top looks perfect aas the car was garaged it's entire life. The car is in top-shape with the exception of a tiny ding on the Driver's side rear quarter panel, a weird imperfection in the vinyl that covers the retracted top only visible when the top is down and a bit of wear on the passenger side seat outer bolster and a bit more wear on the Driver's bolster. This is very common in BMW's with over 100K. There is very low mileage on the car for it's age as it's always been a weekend car. Again, nothing wrong with it, it was just time for an upgrade. I would buy it if I didn't already have a project e36 in my garage.
