I have for sale a good running and driving 1957 Chevrolet 3100 1/2 ton, shortbed, stepside pickup. It has a non-original 6 cylinder engine that runs and sounds good. The original 3-speed manual was replaced by a 2-speed powerglide by a previous owner. The truck is very solid and I have not found any rust other than some very minor surface rust underneath. The wood bed is in great shape. Brakes are good. Pretty smooth ride for a '57 Pickup. The radial tires are in great shape and has classy modern rims. The paint is metallic grey and looks great. Very close inspection reveals a few underlying prep imperfections. The interior was nicely redone in grey cloth and the dash and doors painted. There is a towing ball on the rear bumper. The following all are working: radio/cassette, wipers, all lights, horn, heat/defrost fan, guages(amp, oil press, fuel ga), windows and vent windows operate well, trans shifts good. These are not working: turn signals(trying to diagnose that), temp ga. This truck has a near new gas tank. As you can see in the photos, this is a very nice looking and very solid '57 Chevy truck.
