1977 Other Makes OSSA SUPER PIONEER 350

Let me start by saying, this is local pickup only! Ok, now the bike. This is a 1977 OSSA Super Pioneer 350 with 490 original miles. This bike is 99.9% original, the only non-original part I can see is a pair of Scotts grips. I purchased this bike from an older gentleman in his 70s who bought it new in 1977, so what few miles are on it, are adult miles. It has been sitting in his heated and air conditioned garage since new.I got the bike home, cleaned the carb and replaced the fuel lines due to dry rotting. Put in fresh fuel and it fired on the third kick. Let it run for a bout 30 seconds and shut it down. So she is a runner!!The carb will probably need to be rebuilt (wouldn't idle good) but it is a Mikuni so a rebuild kit should be easy to find. The decals on the tank are bubbling. I found a set of reproductions online for $65. The handle bars and headlight are rusty, and the rubber mounting straps for the headlight are dry rotted and sagging. The chain appears to be original but is rusty, so it will probably need replacing. The sprockets look good. The seat is almost perfect. Exhaust is solid. Engine paint is starting to flakeTires appear to be the original Pirelli's. Tank and fenders are in great shape, no cracks or anything. Front fender is faded. This bike would be an easy restoration, or with a little work it's ready to race! Keep in mind, this is a 36 year old bike.No title, Bill of Sale only.
