1969 Lincoln Continental. I bought this car as a project, but I have decided to focus on another one that just came up. This car is straight. The engine runs, and the car shifts in and out of gear. I bled the brakes, but they are still a little soft. The interior appears to have all the parts there, and a new dash pad is included. The previous owner had started to strip the car for paint, then stored it for a period of time. There is a lot of surface rust, and there are a couple of rust spots by the base of the windshield (typical for this model of car). The chrome looks to be salvageable, and the interior parts look salvageable. The car currently has new tires, new fluids, new battery and runs pretty well, but will need a carburetor rebuild. It sounds like there is a small knock in the motor, but it is not consistent. This car is being sold as is, it is a project car, but someone will have a blast with it once it is done! Very LOW reserve!Car is also for sale locally, so I have the right to end listing early if purchased locally. Buyer is responsible for shipping.
