Vehicle Detail
1955 CHEVY 2-DOOR Not Your Momma's 55' 454 HEADS 800 CFM Edelbrock Torker 2-R Intake New Aluminum Radiator Newer 9" Ford Rear End with 370 Gears Disk Brakes In Front 5-Lug Rims New Drive-line and U-Joints Newer Interior w/ Camaro Buckets in the front Ladder Bars And soooo much more!!!!!! Street-able or Weekend Track Monster This is a daily driver not a garage queen, though it does currently reside in mine. This is not your Momma's 55', as it will pull the front wheels off the ground if that's your cup of tea. The paint was part of a late model resto. so it shows some flaws as expected from a late 70's early 80's resto. The door handles where shaved and the car comes with remote poppers. The paint says "Take me to the Track". From 10 feet away the paint looks flawless but upon a really close inspection it does show some flaws which really lend to this car being driven. Though the car is tame when you want it to be there is nothing about the sound or raw power that says it wants to sit still. It is hard not to turn heads in this ride. There was a small spot of cancer on the under-body eight years ago when the car was purchased but that has been appropriately fixed and the whole under-body was coated at that time. This car is turn-key ready to ride the Power Tour with absolutely no issues. To be honest the mileage on the car is unknown. There is no choke on this car, you let it warm up, then you drive it. These motors don't like to be driven cold! The motor, tranny and rear end are fairly fresh though so she has some years before anything is needed. For the right bidder I have another set of gears and some other parts I will throw in. Bid high, bid often and lets see this beautiful car in your garage. You are bidding on Americana at it's finest, a true American Classic!!! There is no reserve on this auction but I do have a standing offer on the car as well as it being listed for sale locally. If the car sells locally I will pull it from the Auction, I reserve the right to pull it for any reason!! If you want this car throw your best foot forward and bid now, do not wait till the last minute as anything can happen. The car was appraised at $31,000 a year ago. Please ask any questions that you have prior to bidding. If you need any additional info please do not hesitate to ask. I will be happy to help with shipping. If you need a bid the car is in the 95973 zip. Of course you pay for shipping!! Click here for More Pictures
