Vehicle Detail

This is a Tiger Clone History: Originally built in 1973 by a well known tiger enthusiast restorer in the pacific northwest. He started with a rust free alpine body with 35,000 miles, and a wrecked tiger for a donor car. It has the tiger fire wall and transmission tunnel, complete running gear, and everything tiger related transferred over to the alpine body. It went through several owners and was driven thousands of miles until it was completely dissembled and sat in a garage for years waiting for a restoration. That's when I purchased it in 1993. This car was completed in 2002, but still looks as good today as it did then. Less than 4000 miles since restored. Body: Stripped to bare metal and painted with DuPont Diamont System, base coat/clear coat. There is no rust and no rust repair has been done to this car. All new weather stripping, rubber trim, and gaskets. Windshield has one very small chip. New emblems and side molding. Black canvas soft top in excellent condition. Spare tire and battery in alpine location.Interior: All new upholstery including dash bad, Tiger dash with glove box, Tiger instrumentation, Lacara wood wheel, Mustang floor shifter, trans temp gauge with fan switch for trans cooler. New Tiger wiring harness. Everything works except speedometer recently quit working and the tachometer is not reading properly. Engine/Drive train: Completely rebuilt and balanced early 289 with polished 5 bolt bell housing, CNC ported 302 heads with new 194/160 valves, screw in studs with guide plates. Comp cams roller tip rockers, cam research camshaft, oil pan windage tray, high volume oil pump with hardened shaft, full size spin on oil filter in stock ford location, Edelbrock F4B aluminum intake 600 Holley, electric fuel pump with emergency cut off, C4 auto with shift kit, coated and port matched original Tiger exhaust manifolds, new exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. All new brake and fuel lines, rebuilt brake booster, Tiger rack and pinion and steering components, rebuilt suspension front to back, Tiger rear end with 288 gears, 16x7 Panasport wheels with 205-40-16 Kumho's.Terms: Car is being sold as is, where is, no warrantee.
