Up for Auction is this beautiful 1968 Morgan 30' Sailboat. Currently insured for $10,000, with a recent survey placing its market value at $6,000. Original Blueprints and rigging measurements come with the boat. *Low Reserve* Rare find for this price. Comes with lots of sails, lots of new woodwork Needs the mast put back up (and needs new rigging.) Mast is in storage several miles from boat. Boom is bent. Has new outboard bracket, and an inboard Atomic 4 that needs a rebuild. Painted the bottom and stripe in January 2013. Has had some repair work done to the cargo hold above the transom because of an accident where the mast fell under previous ownership. Could use some cosmetic repair in that area, but everything is functioning there as it should. My family had to relocate, and couldn't finish as I wanted to. Lived on her for 6 months while a family member was in chemotherapy, and loved this boat as our home. New upholstery on some cushions, new faucet, comes with 30 amp plug, various ropes, lots of sails, etc. In the water with storage paid current to October 10th (in water storage at current location is $100/month, until December, and then needs to be moved to a different marina as this one closes at that time.)
