The Borough of Waldwick (Bergen County), New Jersey is selling a 2010 Chevy Impala (Police Cruiser)with approximately 56,542 miles, "as is" condition without express or implied warranties. The vehicle was used as a Police Cruiser and is missing the center console. The vehicle has normal wear and tear for a 2010 Police Cruiser. Brakes, rotors and tires were replaced several times. In 2012 the transmission was diagnosed and the following were replaced: 2nd clutches, EPC solenoids, channel plate gaskets diff pinion and filters. The vehicle was recently painted with a MAACO black paint job. No major scratches or dents. Said property shall be sold subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. The surplus property identified above shall be sold in “as is” condition without express or implied warranties. 2. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 39:10-9.1, the certificate of ownership for the 2010 Chevy Impala shall state that the motor vehicle was used as a police patrol vehicle and notice is provided that the buyer(s) shall continue to state on each subsequent sale or transfer. 3. The successful bidder will be required to pay in cash or certified check made out to the Borough of Waldwick at the time of pick-up of the vehicle. 4. The Borough will not deliver the vehicle to the successful bidder and the transfer of title, payment and removal off our site is to occur within five business days after the sale has occurred. 5. Each bidder will be required to pre-register with eBay at www.ebay.com prior to the sale.
