You are bidding on a 1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe P15C. This is a 4 door car featuring suicide doors in the rear. The car appears to have the original flat head 6 cylinder engine and 3 on the tree manual transmission in it. When I got the car, it was in the same condition as it is today, and I have never had it running during the 2 years that it has been in my possession. I have not tried to crank the car, but I have always assumed that it would not run. All doors and the back open and close easily. The serial number is attached to the driver side door jamb. The car is pretty solid, but is definitely in need of a lot to get it fully restored. This Plymouth is probably best used as a project or parts car, or it could be made into a Rat Rod or used as a parts car for somebody looking for vintage Plymouth parts. The Plymouth is not driveable, but the tires hold air and it rolls easily so it will be easy to load it on a rollback truck or a trailer to carry to your location. Bidding on the Plymouth starts at $700, and there is no reserve. This vehicle is located in Ball Ground, GA, and is being sold as-is where-is. The state of Georgia does not require a title for vehicles older than 1985, and this car is being sold with a Georgia Bill of Sale, not a title. If your state requires that you have a title for a 1948 vehicle, please take that into consideration before bidding on this vehicle. Some states require that you get a registration and a notarized bill of sale, and I can accommodate these needs for an added cost if you are in one of these states.
