1971 Series IIa 88" 2.25 L Great riding truck with one of the best frames I have seen. The engine runs clean, never had an issue. I recently replaced the transmission with a used unit, and it is having trouble in second gear (popping out/grinding); I drive it and skip second, I haven't investigated further. The speedometer doesn't function, although I have the cable to replace... along with tons of additional parts including a second hood which will all convey. Other than that it is a solid little truck. The truck has been upgraded to electronic ignition, and had the oil filter conversion. Runs a Weber carburetor. Has the Fairy overdrive. New in the past couple years: 1) Alternator (raised bracket) 2) Starter 3) Master Cylinder & brake booster 4) Battery (purchased new 9/28/13) 5) Tires - BF Goodrich Mud-Terrain T/A 6) Brakes/Cylinders 7) Tune-up
