Meaning wiring harness and ground wires need to be attached, and drive shaft attached. Newer engine with 90k is in on new motor mounts and attached to the tranny. A/C, power steering, everything works. As far as the body the drivers side door has a dent on the lower panel, there is a rust spot on the back of the pass. side cab. the tailgate needs hinges, and that is about it. I would give the interior after a good cleaning a 9.5/10 it is very clean. The truck will need to be towed as it does not run. Shipping at buyers expense but will help with arrangement.
