Vehicle Detail

NO LONGER WANTING TO STORE. VERY SOLID/STRAIGHT RUST FREE & UNMOLESTED

Oregon clear title. Had extensive brake job, lube & oil/new battery in 1999 ($1250.78) @ 76214 actual miles. Receipt available). Mufflers were replaced about the same time. Stored 10 plus years. Last licensed April 2010 @ approximately 77k miles and of this date having 77130 actual miles.

A very clean original straight rust free T-Bird Landau in triple black. The exterior paint is driver quality not appearing to have repaint- no dents/dings just paint chips/scratches etc. The stainless and bumpers appear very straight/presentable.. Door edge protectors at one time have been removed. The hood has some small surface rust spots on the most forward portion-sunburned?

The tinted glass appears original and excellent. Grill is very nice and the headlights work as do the rear sequential turning lights also nice condition. The deluxe hubcaps are nice survivors. All locks work-original keys. The vinyl top exhibits no damage/tears/rips/wear etc and does not have any rust bubbles or otherwise underneath. Very nice condition.

The black interior is in very nice overall original condition. No tears save for two very small spot holes on the lower driver seat. Could be patched in lieu of replacing all of the seat due to the overall nice original condition. The door panels are great-there is a small piece of what appears to be scotch tape on the armrest of the LH door-easy removal. No tears/wear otherwise. Door lights work. Dash pad is great as is the console. Carpet decent w/T-Bird rubber mats. Gauges appear fine. The AM/FM radio works fine. If antenna is power, not sure how it works. (w/radio?) No factory AC while heater blows very hot. Dash lights flicker on occasion. The tilt-swing away steering column. Since the car had been in storage, the headliner is loose on the rear driver's side- needs to be re-tucked back into the quarter panel and the rear window garnish moldings. Otherwise nice. No funny smells (mold etc)

There is no power except steering and disc brakes. Tires are matching but due to age, should be replaced. They hold air fine. No tire jack except the foot and wing nut/bolt.

The motor is a 390 and in very good running order although the car has only been driven 916 miles since 1999. It could benefit from a good fluid change and good tune-up/maintenance thorough checkup. The battery does not hold a charge but one will be provided for transport. It appears it might need a neutral safety switch as well. Lights appear to work but should be cleaned etc.

A very straight rust free triple black low mileage Thunderbird at a very reasonable price. Needs to be driven and enjoyed-I didn't have time then and don't have time now nor see any time in the future. Although retired, my time is spent on managing a timber farm and grandkids. Its time for it to go. Will assist anyway I can with transportation-the latter of which is entirely the buyer's responsibility. After payment in full, storage, if needed, is not a problem free of charge. Title & bill of sale with some paperwork on hand will be registered mailed upon payment in full. Selling as is due to the long term storage and age of car but in my humble opinion, an excellent candidate for minor On Sep-22-13 at 17:40:00 PDT, seller added the following information:**** Due to age of vehicle together with minimal value, I am doing the best I can to describe it in a practical manner w/o writing a book. There might be items I missed or overlooked but in any case, they would be considered minor if negative and of normal maintenance expected of a collector vehicle of this age & in long term storage. As per picture, the windshield mirror is laying on the paseenger side floor. It fell off this last summer when car was moved outside to sell (never got around to it)-easy fix. Car was covered to protect dash et all from sunlight as car has been stored indoors of shop. On the driver's side armrest, one might observe a white rectangular object which is in fact, a piece of scotch tape or similar for whatever reason unknown and is an easy removal. No damage to armrest.
