I have owned this truck since May of 2004 and was very careful with the maintenance, oil changes, etc. Runs very well. Very clean inside and out with the exception of some fairly significant rust on the rocker panels and the running boards. On one of the running boards, some of the screws holding the curved end rusted through and it fell off. I still have the end and have been meaning to drill the bolts out and re-install it, but if it were me, I'd replace the running boards - it would be a very nice improvement on the look of the truck for a few hundred bucks. If you replaced the rocker panels and running boards, this truck would look terrific for a 2001. Minimal scratches for what one would expect for a truck of this age. I installed a Draw-Tite Activate II Tow brake to tow a horse about 6 times a year in the summer months. We averaged about 3,000 miles a year on this truck and only occasionally towed about 2500 lbs or so, which was way shy of it's tow limit, so it has not been worked hard. Everything in the truck works perfectly well - nothing is dysfunctional. The bed is in very good shape and has a bed liner. I installed a rolling tourneau cover shortly after I purchased the truck and it's getting a bit worn, but is still very functional. I am selling this truck because we are moving more horses around lately and I really needed to get an F250 to meet the demand. The exhaust manifold was replaced in 2005. Added 9/13/13: I have no idea why the Autocheck service that eBay uses is indicating an odometer discrepancy and possible rollback. That's completely false. If you examine the odometer report, it will even show you the history of the milage, which is completely in line with the stated mileage. The mileage on this truck has NOT been tampered with in any way. It had 60,216 miles on it when I bought it in May of 2004 (and I can prove it) and we put about 3,000 miles on it a year.
