Up for sale is my 1972 Chevy corvette stingray I bought this corvette 5 years ago, and have been restoring it since I got it. This is a maching numbers car. The engine was pulled and I had it rebuilt bored 30 over and blue printed everything on the engine is new except for the original block and cranck. Only the best parts from Summit Racing including a high performance edelbrock, RPM cam, edelbrock performer intake, and holly 750 carb. This engine got the edelbrock e street alu heads and got 10.5: 1 comp. The engine got less than 300 miles on it since it was built and runs very strong and sounds awesome. This engine was built as a high preforemans and puts out about 450 HP. The vet got headers, and side pipe exhaust. Everything that could be Crome on the engine is Crome and it looks awesome. The interior is brand new with new original leather seats, original deluxe door panels, and new carpet. The rear end is rebuilt with new leaf springs, the gas tank is also new, and so is the breaks. Very little needs to be done to make this vet perfect. The paint looks great, but they have a few cracks by the front fender wells, and a crack by the front bumper, see pictures. The car got a few rust holes in the frame that need to be fixed some day, and some rust in the top of the frame of the wind shield, this is nothing major and with little care can be fixed. The seatbelts are missing and so is the spare tire, that will have to be replaced if the new owner wishes so. Head lights vacuum is not hooked up and the back seal in the rear end got a small leak. This is a awesome looking car and with little care it will be perfect.
