Nice Original 1978 Chevy Silverado Short Box Stepside 4x4. This is a California Truck I bought 3 years ago. The previous owners claim the miles are original, but I have no documentation to support that, but it appears to be. The only reason I am selling is that I need the room and money to buy my son a car for high school. 400 small block (original)Automatic Transmission 4x4A/C equippedNice body and paint a couple dings and a few chips(minor details, it really shines up good)No rust and no bondo that I can tell (it is very straight and very solid) Good tiresNice original wood in bed (previous owner left a slide in camper on it so it stayed protected)It has a cracked grille and windshield (common for the antenna windshield)Seat has some rips and the passenger window crank broke off right at the time of listing(cheap to replace) This truck runs like a top and always starts right up. It is fun to drive and is snappy with 373 geared rearend.4 wheel drive works great! It has always been kept in my heated shop and never driven in the winter.
