1977 Triumph Tiger

I am selling this bike due to medical reasons and lack of time for riding. It is a very nice running bike and with the 5 speed it cruises nicely on the back roads. Plenty of power and it is a fast bike for one carb. One carb has always been my preference on the Triumphs, as it is much smoother for tuning/operation. The gas tank was repainted by an unknown pro, take a look at the pictures, it looks even better in person. New items: Exhaust system, wheel bearings, Boyer ignition, electronic voltage regulator, Dunlop K70's, turn signals (Lucas copies) and fork seals and valves adjusted. Old style sidecovers. Chain and sprockets are in good shape and well lubed with proper lubricant. Known Quirks: The seat has a small tear (shown in photo) it has not changed since I have had the bike. I always pre-kick with the clutch engaged to free the plates. It is a one kick bike! Gas on, tickle carb, kick once with no ignition and kick again with ignition on....guess that technically is two kicks. Sometimes smokes for a few seconds when starting cold. Plugs burn tan. Rear wheel is missing one spoke. I noticed it when I changed the tire, but I could not locate just one spoke for purchase, wheel is true and it was one of those items I was going to do next tire change. All in all it is a very nice bike, clear title, in hand and in my name.
