This is NOT a replica. This Special Edition Trans Am has just had a full inspection of its mechanicals by an ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician. This also covers the safety of the car. If any safety issues are found at the time of the inspection, they are fixed to factory original equipment standards. An inspection sheet is available upon request. The interior of this car is like taking a time machine back to 1977. The Black deluxe seats are near perfect. The carpet is in excellent condition. The headliner is in excellent condition. The console houses the shifter are all in excellent condition. The dash and dash bezel are in excellent condition as well. The door panels are in nice condition with the exception of a little tear on the top of the drivers side. The Formula steering wheel looks very nice, it is not sticky like most are. Behind the rear seats, you’ll find an original trunk that is rust free and in good shape retaining the stowaway spare tire, jack tools and t top bags. This Trans Am’s undercarriage is extremely original, with clean floorpans. The Trans Am’s automatic sends power to an original 10 bolt rear end with performance oriented gears. Up front, a factory power steering system combines with the W72 Performance Suspension for the ride and handling. The factory power front disc brakes to provide the stopping performance. Everything under this car looks very solid. The engine bay looks very stock. It has not been restored or painted etc... You can see the factory paper tags and markings still intact.
