This car had flood water from Superstorm Sandy go just above the floor boards filling it with water. Will need new wire harness etc. to get it running again. Has 4 almost new Michelin tires purchased 6 months prior to the storm. The title is clear as it was never declared for insurance purposes (I only had collision on it). Local Salvage offered $1,000.
