1989 Ford Festiva "L". DEPENDABLE transportation, in great shape w/cold A/C - Ready to drive! NO RESERVE!Long story short. I bought this car for my Brother, put on new tires, checked it out completely, painted rims, went through the whole thing to make is safe and dependable. He wants a fancy car that will bring him nothing but repair bills. Oh well, it's available to someone that wants economical, dependable, fun transportation with cold A/C to boot. If you know the Ford Festiva, you know it has a cult following, it's bulletproof, and they go miles and miles. This one has 141k on it but runs and drives like it has 41k. You can go buy a $1,000 piece of junk that needs everything, or buy this car with faded paint and a dent for a little bit more. It runs and drives exactly like it should, has ice cold A/C, brand new Yokahama radial tires, a very clean interior, comfortable reclining seats, and much more. This little car is quick off the line and handles very well on the road. Runs AND drives GREAT! 1989 came with the 1.3 litre fuel-injected engine and this "L" model has the optional ($515) automatic transmission. Lots of receipts from over the years.Brakes and rotors in excellent shape.All electrical works, including wiper washer fluid.The A/C blows ice cold and was completely re-done a few years ago (receipts).Recent timing belt.Brand spanking new Yokahama tires.Full size spare AND original mini-donut spare underneath it. Non-smoker owned. Pop-out rear windows.Factory AM/FM stereo w/4-speakers, rear speakers are new.Dent in rear passenger quarter from Post Office parking lot. It doesn't interfere with passenger door opening and closing. Faded paint.Small tear on drivers seat side where recline lever is, not on fabric.Rust free except small spots on front of the hood.Super clean underbody.Recent new exhaust.
