Vehicles are for sale locally and we reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction at any time. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. Payment for your purchase can be made by: Cash (in person), Certified check or Bank Transfer. Payment in full must be received within 5 business days from the closing date of the auction. Failure to comply with any part of the payment rules could void the transaction, but only at the discretion of the seller. If these forms or terms of payment are not acceptable, please do not bid. Sales Tax and Fees may vary from state to state please call to verify you state taxes. Buyers outside of Florida are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. All sales will have a $299.00 documentary fee and a $5.95 fee for temporary license plates collected by the state. A $1000.00 non refunable good faith deposit is required within 24 hours and imediatly on buy it now items.

TITLE INFORMATION
In the State of Florida, most titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments from the time the vehicle is paid off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We are a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Florida and guarantee a clean title on all our vehicles. Titles will be forwarded by overnight service for proper tracking. Yes, we have access to a number of qualified transporters that we work with on a regular basis who can ship anywhere in the United States and abroad. We are happy to help arrange delivery with one of these shippers. Of course you are free to use a transporter of your choice. SHIPPING COST ESTIMATES. Fee and Tax Information: A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. After using the "BUY IT NOW" feature on the EBAY ad you will be then prompted to make an IMMEDIATE deposit of $500.00 through paypal to ensue the auction has closed and that you are the winner. We then require that within 24hrs you make an additional deposit of $500.00 to ( aqusa@comcast.net ) for the remaining balance of the required $1000.00 Deposit.
