Vehicle Detail
1998 Honda CBR 600 F3 Drag Bike. Incredibly fast. Track tested at 5.8 on the 1/8 with an ameteur rider and bad rubber. Stock engine, fuel and air so the sky is the limit in the right hands. Extended swing by 22 inches. Coated in truck bed liner for durability. High flow fuel pump. HID headlights. No fairings, tachometer, speedo or mirrors. Bike has been completley stripped of all excess fat for maximum speed. This bike eats burnouts for lunch and drifts very easily. All basic maintenance performed within the last 100 miles. Oil, oil filter, fuel lines, fuel filter, spark plugs, ignition wires, brake fluid and air filter have been replaced. Carbs cleaned and bench synced. Cafe rear end built out of 1010 Black Carbon steel and welded with a wire feed/ argon sheilded wire welder. Rear fender and seat pan built with 20 ga. black carbon steel sheet metal and rivets. Rear end has access panel for liscense plate mount, brake light and turn signal wiring. Turn signal wires are run, but, no turn signals are installed. Power feed and blinker relay are verified working. Exhaust has been relocated to balance weight on the rear end (and for looks) and wrapped with titanum exhaust wrap for performance and heat reduction. Radiator hose wrapped with titanium exhaust wrap due to close proximity to hand grips and HID headlight cables. Metal spike hand grips. Horn switch and wires are intact and working. Again... horn removed for weight reduction. Battery wires extended for battery box relocation. Battery box hand built out of 20 ga. Black Carbon Steel sheet metal and riveted. Mounted on rear swing arm with self tapping sheet metal screws. Stupid long custom made chain. I would recomend a chain guard and chain tensioner of some kind mounted on the swing arm by the battery box and one more by the rear wheel for chain balance. Perfomance upgrades are very simple for this bike. Stage 3 Fuel Jet Dynojet kit, K&N air filter (or air filter delete mod from one of the CBR Forums) and a 4 to 1 straight pipe exhaust would make this bike insanely fast. Clean title in my name and this bike (believe it or not) is street legal. Payment from buyer is to be made in cash or another agreed upon method. We can meet for exchange after direct contact. Happy Bidding!
