1989 Jaguar XJS Coupe Rouge Collection 1989 Jaguar XJS Rouge Collection Coupe – Purchased by current family in 2009. The owner parked the car in 2011 and recently passed away. The car is running and driving. I would not drive the car any long distance due to age of the tires. The car has 45K original miles. Body - The car has had paint work done in the past to the hood, left fender, and left rocker panel. The left fender was replaced prior to painting. Some rust is developing at the rear quarter to rocker seam on each side. The rear passenger quarter panel under the bumper is rotted and needs a patch panel. The passenger foot well also has a bad spot where the floorboard and firewall meet. It is very small. All other panels are rust free. Passenger door has one ding. Interior – All original in good condition. Some wear on driver’s upper bolster. Wood grain on the console has buckled. All lights, windows, switches, etc work. Driver’s sunvisor clip and the light over the mirror are damaged. No cracks in dashboard. Nice leather on the steering wheel. Trunk – Jack and bag are present. Spare tire is matching to the other 4 rims on the car. Mechanicals – Motor runs without any odd noises or smoke. Transmission shift through gears. Only driven around the neighborhood. Car is sold as is. Clear Louisiana title in current owner’s name. Inspection in person is available. Payment by cash or in person. I can assist in loading the car for shipment.
