this is for a 1984 vw rabbit convertible , car has been sitting for 2 years but starts right up and runs good and drives good , has cold A/C but the blower switch is burnt (needs a new one ),165441 miles on it , brakes work , clear title ,he had a paint job done about 5-6 years ago along with a new top ,the paint is still nice , it has no rust or bad spots on the body ,the top did not fair as well , this is a dry southern newmexico car , this was my grandfathers car he use to tow it behind his RV when they traveled and he left it to my children when he passed , its been sitting for 2 years and my children have several years before they can drive and I don't want it to deplete anymore just sitting in the yard , the top has depleted and has a couple holes in it ( not all the way through )and im afraid its just gonna get worse and effect the inside of the car ,the car is not perfect and will need a new top and some minor work done to it , has tow bar attachments and comes with tow bar , On Jul-07-13 at 11:07:46 PDT, seller added the following information: the clutch operates as it should , no noise from the cv joints , shifts good , brakes work ,no rust ,strong little engine , On Jul-07-13 at 18:03:34 PDT, seller added the following information: there is a used timing belt ,used alternator belt ,a used fuel pump , in the trunk along with a spare tire , 2 extra hubcaps, I have a used alternator in my shop that came with the car and will go with it, I added pictures of trunk area and under the hood , im charging a used battery for it
