1968 morgan with new foss foam rudder, needs installation. new yanmar 2GM20F never run- needs installation .new gland + new cutlass bearing, new shaft and new folding prop. and std 3 blade backup prop. has new engine bed / stringers for the yanmar- all major glasswork is complete, just install. all through hulls replaced with ball cocks, new portholes need install, 3 sails, fair/ no tears but usable. vessel not storm damaged, also includes 4 galvanized brownell boat stands. has gin pole and boom ok shape. Equipment: edson helm not installed engine aboard but not in the new engine bed. drivesaver just arrived ready to bolt in. rudder needs exact alignment and fitment. one opening porthole installed 3 more to go. hull is sound and fiberglass work complete, virtually no blisters, all through hulls removed and re installed new bronze ball valves. mast is all original equip, wood spreaders are shot, running and standing rigging, needs to be gone over. porta potty included no sewage to pump. so many extras included - selling at a major loss, lost storage + selling due to health reasons, you name it, everything just happened to me all at once. trades considered... have local boat hauler on retainer + can get you shipping estimate. On Jul-08-13 at 17:26:20 PDT, seller added the following information: have another (1) port hole new in box never installed- not pictured.. the other 2 are used but still in real good shape, never could decide exactly how to install these they are a bit bigger which is nice, but makes them harder to install. who ever gets this boat will have some work to do. but its a morgan, it will be worth it. there is some dry rot in the sole of the cabin floor about 4x4" next to the mast step near the head. non structural. the floor could prob use a complete replacement at this point. but not a priority to me. its plenty safe to walk on/ live on, just ugly. cabling under neath for the drop keel is gonna need help. I dont want to misrepresent this at all-- its rough-- staying aboard tonite, getting all my personals and tools out and loading up the last of the helm components and other stuff i never got to install. sails will get into boat one way or another before pickup. big bags just would not fit this trip. engine will have to be secured with straps /ropes /planks /etc if it is to stay in the sleeping bunk for the trip to you... NO i cant install it, i have a hernia i can't move it, i cant do much of anything except say goodbye to 10+ years of hard work and well over $10 grand invested. rudder will get tied in place cant get it in or out anymore. bearing seized, packing gland seems ok but its under bearing-- so will need some heat to free it. then find a way to glass in the structural end of it and install.
