1955 Chevy Belair, 2 Door Hardtop. This is an original California car. No replacement panels, all original steel. It has dropped spindles, disc brakes, sway bar, rack & pinion steering, rear springs moved into the frame, 93 Vette motor with 13,000 original miles. Also has fresh rebuilt 700 R4 Trans, Ron Francis wiring for LT1, Vintage Air, American Auto wiring harness for body, 21 circuits, all new tinted glass, rubber, and weather stripping. Seats are all newly upholstered in Off White with all new seat foam, including door panels, kick panels and package tray, and head liner. Bumpers, Bumper guards, and accessory guards. (ends of bumpers.), garnish molding and headliner bows, all triple plated by Model Plating in Southern Cal. Custom sheet metal work done in interior, trunk and engine compartment. Rolling on Chevy ralley wheels, 15 x 7 and 15 x 8. Also includes original stock rub caps. Dual exhaust and flowmaster mufflers. Has a complete new grill and chrome tilt column. Color is Cashmere Blue and Pepsi White. On Jul-08-13 at 10:09:24 PDT, seller added the following information: When I had the car out in the sun, my wife noticed that the fabrics on the seats are showing signs of glue bleeding through. Our guess is it’s from the heat. We never had this happen before. These seats have new upholstery. We are going to try to post the photo but it doesn’t show up to well on it. Also after all the rains yesterday, we noticed a small leak on the back window. It has new glass and new rubber 18 mo ago, but it is the first time its seen rain.
