2000 Black Ford XLT Explorer. THIS IS A SEIZED VEHICLE. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A SEIZED VEHICLE BEING SOLD BY THE ELLIS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. THERE IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. VEHICLE IS BEING SOLD "AS IS". THERE WILL BE NO LICENSE PLATES ON THIS VEHICLE AT TIME OF SALE. TRANSACTION IS FINAL. THERE IS NO "BUY NOW" PRICE; VEHICLE MUST BE SOLD TO HIGHEST BIDDER. Paint (except roof) is in good condition but there are normal chips and wear for a 2000 model vehicle. Damage to interior on driver seat and headliner is noted in pics. As seen in pics, all other seats are in good condition. Tires will need to be replaced soon. Note spare is on the left front with tire/rim from that position in the sape tire rack. Since this is a seized vehicle, there are no records of its history before coming into our possession. Vehicle can/will be started for winning bidder prior to sale. Vehicle will need a battery. It can be viewed/inspected/started by appointment only by calling our office at 972-823-4901. Tax office is one block away by so you can obtain a temporary permit for movement or change registration and obtain license plates if you want to drive this vehicle home; or just bring a trailer.
