I would not hesitate to drive it cross country as is. Its a great car, rides great, plenty of power and lots of new parts. The car is very clean inside and out, with only minor dings scratches and chips. There is one small trim piece by the drivers side headlight that is loose. See photos. Not perfect but very nice. The sunroof motor is very slow, included with the car is a brand new motor. I dont use the sunroof so it never bothered me. The traction control button is broken, traction control is in the OFF position, so if you want traction control you have to buy the button. The car has been sitting for about a month. When I went to start it the check engine light came on and it is running a little rough, not knocking or smoking, just not bmw smooth. The car can be driven as is and is currently inspected. I have driven the car about 100 miles with the light on with no issues. Light does usually turn off, but seems to come back every start. I've been as upfront in describing the car as I can. its a solid car, looks great and drives well, but since Im no mechanic you are welcome to inspect the car and bring your mechanic anytime durng the auction (not after! you win it you own it).
