Here is a RARE 1935 Desoto Airflow sedan, one of a very few left! This one is a body and frame. stripped of most parts and interior, and would be useful for body parts salvage or creating a "one-of-a-kind" street rod project. As noted in the photos, this package contains the body shell with the four doors (most glass is missing) the four fenders (best part of the car - they're in excellent condition!), two bumpers, grille and spare tire carrier. Also included is a 1934 Desoto Airflow SE motor and 3 speed manual transmission. Motor is missing starter and carb, but has intake and exhaust manifolds, and original aluminum head (another rare item). Also included is an extra front wheel assembly and rear end and driveshaft (rear end missing one axle) from 1934 car. The above-mentioned items are the same components for 1934 and 1935. Some small misc. items are also included. Restoring this car is out of the question, as it would be cost-prohibitive to consider, but as a good backup parts car source, it may be a good option. On the other hand, consider this rare survivor as a unique resto-rod, keeping the distinctive Airflow body style to retain its identity, while installing a modern 115" wheelbase frame and drive train under this beast, finishing it off with new interior creature comforts and flashy exterior paint!
