Purchased from an insurance company due to "flood damage" from Hurricane Sandy. The car was parked when it sustained water damage, the water levels barely got to the floor carpets I assume, because the car functions absolutely perfectly aside from the bottom of power seats, power top, and a few error codes on the console. No repairs were necessary. After purchasing the car, we did a full inspection. The car RUNS & DRIVES GREAT. The power top is not working because one of the level sensors went bad. All other electronics seem to be working as they should including the radio, navigation system, power windows, power locks etc. I have personally driven this car over 350 miles and note no mechanical issues. The car has only 10k miles, and the engine/transmission work 100% perfectly. Everything works perfect aside from the power seats and power top! All fluids were checked and look great. There is no Check Engine light on the dash. The body of the car in in MINT condition and there is no rust on the undercarriage. Known issues: · Bottom of power seats do not work on driver or passenger side BUT the back rest goes forward and back · The following error codes are displayed on the dash: airbag light, traction control light (DSC), brake light, low tire pressure. The airbag light is on because the seat connectors are oxidized. The remainder of the errors may be on because the tire pressure monitor sensors may have been oxidized. · Power top is not working. When the button to lower the convertible top is pressed, the car display reads “Retractable hardtop - Vehicle is not on a level surface. ” I was told that this could be due to the tire pressure monitor sensors being oxidized. Because the sensors are not working, the car thinks it is not level and the air pressures are too low. · Small scuff on the front bumper (see pic) PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Vehicle will sell with NY Salvage Cert -SALVAGE FLOOD. It is a rebuildable title and has to go through salvage inspection.
