Up for sale is a great looking 1983 Chevrolet K10 Silverado, 4x4, long bed pick-up. There are lots of upgrades and here are a few. This truck started out with a 305 engine but now houses a GM replacement 350. Currently the engine has around 20,000 miles on it. The engine is equipped with a new Holley Street Dominator intake matched with a new Holly 600 four barrel carburetor, new chrome long tube headers with a new dual exhaust system that exits under the chrome rear step bumper that was just completed last year, and a new electronic ignition system backed with an 700R4 automatic transmission. It has the original working am/fm cassette radio that powers the front and rear speakers. This truck is also equipped with power steering, power brakes, air conditioning and dual gas tanks. The front inner fenders along with a new seat cover and carpeting are from LMC. The headliner, dash pad, radiator, along with a NOS dash bezel and some other interior and exterior trim items have been recently replaced. Along with the NOS dash there are many other NOS parts in the interior such as door pulls and the bezels behind the door pulls with the covers. These NOS parts are becoming very hard to find not to mention very expensive. The current mileage on the instrument cluster states 54,707. I am not able to confirm if this is the original miles on the truck. Currently the truck has aftermarket rims with Dunlop A/T 31x10.5x15 tires mounted on them. I planned to paint the topper to match the truck but never got around to it. This truck was purchased with the intent of restoring and the interior is pretty much completed. It's a very nice truck and it will not take much to complete the rest of it. The reserve is set very low for a truck of this quality. Especially considering it is a four wheel drive. The reserve will not be disclosed and there is no buy it now so plan to bid often. There are a few things I do want to point out: The TV (kick down) cable needs to be properly adjusted since the intake and carburetor was replaced. The exterior lower rear cab corners are showing some minor rust. The inner corners look good. Please look at the pictures. There are a couple of spots with surface rust, but nothing major. Again please look at the pictures. The A/C system works, but needs to be recharged. I evacuated the system when I replaced the intake and carburetor.
