LQQK at this beauty!!! Pretty sure this is the last year of this body style before the change. 323is 5 speed with all the luxuries, NO RESERVE is the price! You KNOW these "IS" coupes are getting hard to find, let alone the MANUAL versions...don't let this one go! Can't afford an "M" version (like myself)?? This is the next best thing! The shine on this car is amazing. I'm no bodyman but I don't see any signs of major body work or repairs. Under hard inspection, I can see a bit of repaint, but it looks to be professional as it matches so well, I can't see what is original or what isn't. Below you can see the front bumper cover is near perfect. I honestly think I can count on one hand the amount of rockchips I found on the nose. Note the headlight lenses are undamaged and clear without the typical fading and haze! Tires are decent General Altimax versions. All ride on undamaged vibration free rims. Teeny tiny tire noise from the rear but this was from the typical worn control arm bushings. I have ordered new POLY bushings and they will be installed free of charge! Twas a cloudy day during this shoot, but the silvery shine is glorious! You will LOVE your days at the local car wash. with this new ride. Seriously...only a handfull of dings to be found with no dents. Rear bumper cover is as nice as the front and considering the mileage, they should be destroyed. Nope. The former owners properly cared for this one! Above the one tiny spot in the center of the passenger door...and below...rust bubbles area. Unfortunately, BMWs suffer from this at some point in their lives...at least in the midwest. But again, considering the mileage and age, this small spot is MINIMAL! Absolutely no holes or chunks missing. Just a little lumpy and ONLY on this side. No other visible rust spots under the hood, trunk, fenders, anywhere! The interior is insanely nice! The ultra desired light gray/nearly white leather seating! Absolutely no leather damages, rips, tears, holes. Driver's bolster is great with no holes, etc. Minimal useage stains which could be properly leather cleaned to return it's condition to justlikenew2u!! I am 6 foot tall with long legs and the car is a pure joy to drive. Comfy, sporty, everything is easy to reach. Cruising = no problem. As you can see above and below, ALL the dummy lights illuminate upon startup with NONE on during run. No worries. I drove it for about 100+ miles to ensure it's reliability. As you can see, the Pioneer high end CD player has replaced the quite boring original BMW piece. Sorry the settings are on for Metric. You can change em. At least you can see the pixels aren't burnt out. Below you can see the face case and the steering wheel remote control comes with!! Yes, it works. Very nice CD player and you can probably purchase/hook up some sort of iPod controller, etc. Otherwise all the power items work as they should: ICE COLD AIR CONDITIONING, power windows, locks, mirrors, dual climate control, HEATED seats, information panel, etc. Nothing to fix here! Rear seating looks barely sat in...if ever. Rear trunk is nice as expected. MOST of the factory toolkit is intact along with the factory donut spare tire setup. Battery is super strong and starts the car effortlessly. Sorry, no factory floormats. As you know, tho, they never held up well anyway. Crappy foam backing always fell apart no matter the mileage. Above you can see the full compliment of factory manuals are included with only one factory key. Below the windeshield has one tiny noticable chip on the passenger side. Yes I am this picky to point this stuff out!! Ahhh...yes...the engine compartment. The root of ALL BMW reliability! Next to a new brochure, this is probably the nicest BMW engine bay that I've seen in a while! No signs of any major oil or coolant leaks. Engine fires right up and is smooth with no noises. ICE COLD AIR blows effortlessly. Looks to have a recent thermostat housing which would lead me to believe recent thermostat and waterpump replacement (minor repairable issue on older 6 cylinder BMWs). Exhaust is quiet. Transmission shifts thru every gear without a glitch. Clutch is tight and operates perfectly. Drivetrain is smooth and quiet. No noises, grinding or whining. Brakes will throw you thru the dash if needed. No unusual pulsing or grinding there either. Drives straight. Aside from the rear bushings (that I will be replacing with new POLY versions) the suspension is tight and noise free with no unusual pulling or wandering on any road conditions. INSPECT my excellent feedbacks! Especially the recent one from my New York customer and his 1993 BMW 318is!! BID, BUY, and DRIVE ANYWHERE with 100% CONFIDENCE!! NO RESERVE!! GOOD LUCK!!
