Factory Custom- great opportunity to own This Ford was custom ordered from Kendall Ford, out of Eugene, Oregon, in 1976 it was built in Fords San Jose plant in Milpitas, California, United States. It spent the last 37 years just outside of Eugene in Elmira OR. The stock Super Camper Special Ranger XLT is equipped with a very powerful stock 460 cid motor and c6 transmission with full HD package and 3:73 geared true full floating Dana 70 rearend; intermittent wipers; A/C; heater; power steering; power brakes; dual batteries; dual stabilizer bars both front and back. This f350 has the f358 code and no other srw dent-side holds a candle to the 10,000 lb gvwr. Original Hatteras green metallic paint, full chrome package, 140" wheel base, special spare tire compartment, Duraspark electronic ignition, dual exhaust trailer tow package.These trucks were made for the most demanding truck drivers with massive power and car-like ride. It will only take one windy road to convince you. Very rare, one of only approximately 3300 in the entire run of the 73-79 dent sides, and number 3 of 565 in 1976. This truck has been well maintained and is a lightly used "daily driver". The Odometer shows 37k miles but it is 137k and it starts, runs, drives and rides like new! Would not take much to make this a "showroom" condition truck. It has been taken care of and everything that presented a problem has been addressed. It is stock for the most part, some things have been changed: vinyl installed instead of the old shag carpet, the old seat cover has been replaced, wheels and tires are not factory style they have low miles at around 85% and are 235/85r16 10 ply on white spoke rims. Bumper has been upgraded to a new chrome one, rear slider window is not factory installed, bed rails, bed front and tailgate have been caped matching the truck well. Has had paint touched up over the years. Bed has been prepped for spray in liner. Recent: rotor, cap, wires, plugs, hoses, alternator and wiring, belts, fluids changed, rebuilt original steering column, new shift tube, collar and linkage, vinyl floor, seat cover, mud flaps, bumper, rail caps and other miscellaneous stuff. Overall in really good shape, this is the most powerful smoothest riding stock classic truck out there, and you would be hard put to find one in such excellent condition. When you drive this truck it will make sense that the F series has been Americas favorite truck since 1976 the year this one was made! Second owner Truck includes all original documents, manuals and owners plate- including a sample of the original green shag carpet.
