I bought this bike new in July of 2002, it is a one owner bike with 8,000 miles. The bike is perfect! No flaws! Oil has been changed about 15 times in the 8,000 miles thats on the odometer. Bike still has the plastic cover over the key ignition. This bike is extremely fast so, it's not a beginners bike by no means! It has never been raced or abused only joy ridden. Coolant has also been drained and changed with Suzuki coolant. New NGK plugs, new tire kit was put on about 200 miles ago, still brand new, they are Metzlers original size. New stock Suzuki air cleaner also, 200 miles ago. Bike has only 2 changes from stock scorpion titanium pipe (still has power valve in pipe, it's a slip on) and a tinted wind screen. I have the clear windscreen and stock pipe that came with the bike. This bike is brand new still, it was my baby until I bought a new Harley blackline 2 years ago. I just don't get the chance to ride it much anymore. You will not find a nicer 2002 GSXR 1000. You can come look at the bike, but no rides. I also have a blue and white GSXR jacket that comes with the bike, cost $400 dollars new, the rear seat cowl and a complete 3 inch thick shop manual. Please don't waste my time or yours the reserve is set for a reason, if you can buy one cheaper....buy it.
