Vehicle Detail

Classic original 1969 CL350 Low original miles and in excellent condition. This is about as original as they come! New battery, fresh oil change. Bike needs nothing but a new home. The paint is bright and shiny, as is the chrome. The gas tank is in great shape but has several faded spots on the top , appears to be from spilled gas. There are no dents. The picture of the speedo and tach is to show the bike idle rpm and that the tach works perfectly. The muffler has a couple of holes in them on the bottom underside which is typical for this bike, they are repairable however not visible so I never bothered. 1 small tear in the seat about 1/2 inch long, see picture. I have taken pictures of the chips on the gas tank, headlight bracket (the indicated arrow on the headlight bracket is the only chip. The camera flash makes it appear as if there is a scratch ) and the rub mark on the gas tank from the seat. The bike starts, idles and runs great and needs nothing to be enjoyed. EVERYTHING works and it's a 44 year old motorcycle, but does not look like one. This is a no reserve auction and the starting bid is very reasonable. Happy bidding! Type 1 is a reference to the engine design. 180 degree crankshaft with two sets of points. It can be identified by the "Type 1" embossed on the points cover. To be very specific, it's a CL350K1, which was introduced in 1969 in the US, identifiable by the extra stripe where the red part of the tank meets the white, and as an early build by the vertical reflector on the front fender which was eliminated later in 1969. - robnangela
