This car was my daily driver until driving home in a rain storm I hit some deep water and water got in the air intake causing the engine to hydrolock. It was able to get me home, but developed a knock in the engine and emptied itself of all the oil that was in it. The next day I was able to start it and pull it in the back yard to try and fix it, but it still had an engine knock and could not hold oil. The bad: tape player and cd player stopped working, but radio does work. Blend door actuator stopped working, but I've been manually setting it to blow cold in the summer and hot in the winter. Blower motor has loose wires. Right rear wheel speed sensor broke. Paessenger seat electronics shorted out. Slight front bumper damage from hit and run (see photo) The good: Aluminum wheels, goodyear tires with 25,000 miles left on them, all electronics work including windows mirrors and moonroof, transmission PERFECT, fluid and filter changed 14,000 miles ago, interior and exterior in good/great condition, the suspension has had a coil spring conversion! so no worries about air ride system. This was a really good car and I liked it a lot, I just don't have the money to fix it up right now. Good luck bidding, this car is a smooth classic!
