Just in time for riding season!!! NO RESERVE!!! Up for auction is my bad ass 1966 Honda CB450 "Black Bomber" period chopper. Its period because it was chopped back in the early 70's and just redone the way it was back then with some upgrades. It starts runs and rides and has a clear Virginia title in my name. Heres the run down. It has a raked main frame and a weld on hardtail from Santee, that been beautifully molded. The paint is House of Color Cobalt blue with heavy metalflake and Oriental candy blue and clear over top, so it looks like the midnight sky..It has one blemish on the tank that a good body man could fix with a wetsand and reclear or just ride it the way it is. The chrome over all is ok about a 8 or so, I wanted it to be a rider not a trailer queen so I left all the chrome original, just cleaned it up, some is better than others. The engine needs breaking in but runs and sounds good. It has a 8" over Santee springer. With a Hallcraft mini brake front wheel. It has a molded and "Friscoed" sportster tank. It has a rare period devils tail sissybar with a Cheetah Style King and queen seat. It also has 39" fishtail extension pipes on the stock headers so it has plenty of back pressure and is ear splitting loud!! It has tons of pike nuts and is very clean. It also has brand new Mikunis on it. This is a very nice bike, its not perfect but turns heads and draw crowds.You just dont see period choppers like this anymore and certainly not this cheap.
