This auction is for a 1992 Lexus ES300 Base Sedan 4-Door 3.0L. I purcashed this car in October of 2009 from a friend and used it daily for my drive to work and back which is about 40 miles one way. I've always had to let the car warm up for 2-3 minutes before driving off otherwise it would be a little sluggish. The transmission has always had a rough shift but then about 9 months ago the car stopped shifting into first gear. I still drove the car for another month or so until the power steering hose developed a leak. The car has been sitting in my driveway since then which is 7-8 months. The car has a dent behind the front wheel on both sides of the car. The car still cranks and idles fine as I just walked outside to crank it to get the mileage from the car. The A/C has always worked great.There is a little smoke from the engine where oil has leaked onto it maybe from a gasket that needs to be replaced. This of course is a 1992 model so several things do not work and I'll try to list them here: Drivers side switch for windows / lock does not workThe sun roof motor doesn't workThe passenger side window motor doesn't workRadio no longer worksSeats have cracked over the years. I have seat covers over the front seats I think that is everything about the car. I'm going to look over the car again this weekend and post anything else I can think of. I may also do a video of the car and crank the car on video to show the idling and engine while it is running. I have the title in hand.
