1972 Ossa Pioneer 250. Good condition -- and it has a title. This bike is not a garage queen, but it is vintage race ready and definitely would be a great bike to take to this years upcoming ISDT Reunion ride at Dalton, Mass in late August. The bike has been gone through completely. I installed a new piston and ring kit in 2012, and it's only been ridden approximately 1 hour since then. It has great compression, starts easily, and idles perfectly. It has a strong motor, and shifts smoothly through all five gears. No transmission, motor, or suspension leaks. . Has Dunlop Geomax tires on the front and rear and they are in very good condition.. Chain and sprockets are in very good condition. Fiberglass gas tank has been sealed with Caswell tank sealer. Lights are currently not working, and will need to be wired in order for them to be working condition. Frame has never been painted, and fiberglass is fair to good condition. Other maintenance and new items: Fork oil changed, new Red Wing shocks installed, installed new top end gaskets, installed brand new IRZ carb and airbox (used) with new air filter (purchased from Alex Snoop), new wide grip footpegs installed, new shifter and kickstart seals, new clutch cover gasket sealed while checking primary chain (in good condition), new oil cover gasket installed, new NGK B8ES spark plug, oil changed, installed new seat cover, and installed a new gear shift rubber tip. Extras include with bike: 2 rear wheels, extra fuel tank (in good condition), headlight (not original) with original light hardware for attaching lights to forks, spare oem bash plate, spare rear brake cable with wiring for tail light operation, new wheel bearings, new fork seals, extra triple clamps, practically new 32MM Mikuni (and jets) with Ossa carb inlet manifold adapter and a Uni sock air filter, and whatever other miscellaneous items I have for this bike. This Ossa has a clear title. I will also provide you with Maryland MVA Bill of sale. Will not sell the bike overseas.
