This 1977 Datsun 280z represents the ideal balance between old school simple styling and modern new technology. This car is the culmination of over 2 years of painstaking work and reconstruction. There is no finer representation of this year a model on EBay today. This car can be driven anywhere. Want a car that for driving around town? Want a car for long distance cruises? Even with a little more work. (less than 1500.00) this car could be a show car. It has it. The below description is not going to be an indepth detailed look at every component that was replaced or restored. It is direct to the point so that you can understand the work and balance of this car. Interior – All lights work, new dash, center console, carpet and wheel well covers, door panels, door handles and interior trim. All gauges are original and all are in perfect working condition. Drive train – All belts, hoses, injectors, 8 mm plug wires are new. New 3 core aluminum radiator... Cap, rotor, airflow meter, cold air intake, TPS is new. Oil pan, timing cover and valve cover gaskets are new. New water pump and fan clutch. New boots on the rack an pinion steering. Exterior – Body was originally 95% rust free (Tennessee car) purchased and originally owned 3 miles from the Nissan plant. Body was stripped and custom fender flairs and rear spoiler were added to the body. Porsche Turbo grey metallic paint added (not cheap) with twin white racing stripes all the way to the ground. All new window seals and body gaskets throughout the vehicle. Suspension – All bushing replaced with polyurethane red. Control arms and rear suspension upgraded. KYB struts and shocks with Ebach springs (lowered 1.5 in) restored and painted brakes. Strut tower braces added for handling purposes. New 17” custom wheels with Z rated performance track 8” tires all the way around. Questions: What to know more. Just e-mail and ask.
