Original owner 2007 Honda CBR1000RR for sale. Only 3,330 easy Sunday morning miles. Not abused. It has been babied for sure. My riding buddy can vouch for that, lol.Nearly $20,000 invested in this beauty. Over $2000 in carbon fiber. Outstanding condition and flawless both mechanically and cosmetically. This thing is a beast so is not recommended for a beginner. I venture that even though it isn't the latest model that it can keep up with most any newer sport bike. But, I am older and (perhaps?) wiser and I don't ride it like that. I just know that this a true 'E Ticket' ride that has been enhanced (not that it needed it) by some tasteful mods listed here:Power Commander fuel and ignition package with Quickshifter installed. Immediate and crisp upshifts with no clutch needed, works incredibly well.Dyno Jet custom tune by Honda of Jax: Rear wheel HP is 154 net to the wheel. STM Slipper Clutch and slave unit installed and fine tuned also at the dealership. Works as advertised. Very nice bit of kit indeed. Akrapovic Carbon Fiber slip on.BMC Race Air Filter.Fender eliminator, tail tidy.Clear alternatives tail light.Proton Flush mounts.Pazzo Levers.MotoVation no cut frame sliders and axle sliders.Stock wheels with reflective red tape (Marchesini's would have been nice but I had to stop somewhere, lol).Sargent seat with Sargent pillion cover installed as well as optional Honda rear cowl (pictured).Woodcraft engine covers (both sides).Carbon Fiber galore! the real deal CF (Carbon Fiber) mostly from M R (Magical Racing) in Japan (look them up, they supply to race teams, it is stunning quality). Carbon fiber mirrors (ridiculously lightweight but still sturdy), gorgeous CF windscreen with special iridescent tint. CF exhaust guard, CF front fender, rear hugger, boot guards, dash and HESD cover and gas cap trim & chain guard.Powder coated black foot pegs, rear brake and shifter levers. Passenger pegs removed but still have them and are included. Bike never had a passenger on it.Galfer SS brake lines. Trick Sato Racing tie down/lift brackets.Suspension set-up for 195lb rider (incl gear). Very smooth ride.Nearly new Pirelli Supercorsa SP's ($$) front and rear (same as on the Ducati Panigale).Repsol Racing full synthetic ester oil changes done only by Honda dealer. Never abused, raced, stunted or wheelied.Older rider/owner who wants to let someone worthy of this power and handling ability use this bike as it was intended.I have enjoyed doing this project and I fashioned it off what Ducati was doing to their S and SP 1198's a few years back. It is really only missing a full Ohlin's package and the Marchesini wheels and it would be in that arena (the $25,000 Ducati arena that is).This isn't going to be given away. Don't need to sell really. If you want a bargain type deal keep looking as this one is not for you. Or you can go get a new one (2014) out the door for about $14,000 or so (without any of the items I have installed).If you know your Honda's you already know this was the last year of this motor and this motor is (IMHO) better than the more recent ('08's & newer) one's. Why? This one doesn't burn oil. True fact. Do your research.Many think this model year in particular was the pinnacle of design and is the best looking race replica sport bike ever released by Honda.Pictures are nice but this bike is stunning in person. This is the bike you hope to find that has not been abused and is still in perfect condition. A rare find in the sport bike category.No disappointments.
