I am relisting this truck due to the buyer from Italy backing out of the deal. Georgia is a NonTitle State on Cars and Trucks built before 1965. You can look it up under Ga. law. When you sell//Transfer//ownership of a vehicle that does not require a title. Give the new owner a copy of your registration and a Bill of Sales so that the new owner may apply for a tag in the county in which he or she lives within seven (7) business days. Visit dor.ga.gov for furtherinformation regarding registering and titling a vehicle in the state of Ga. or their home state.. I hope this clears up this matter for those who asked. The Truck is being sold as is where is with no warranty implyed or given. Thanks for all your questions and bids I have had a few members call and ask about the truck being sold. So I will try and explain it. Buyer backed out on the next to last day of March saying he could not complete the tranaction due to some new laws in Italy about shipping old cars to his country and would I let him out of the sale . Given what he said I just let him out of the deal with no negative feedback do to his explainition of law. So I relisted it with reserve and will consider other offers if interested.
