Vehicle Detail

This is my 69 Mach 1 project. Optioned : 351 4barrel ! 3-speed ! Black Jade! White Interior ! I've had it for 2 years and am only selling due to too many projects & too little space .... I hate to, since SO LITTLE is needed to finish. I bought it in Alabama, and its a "San Jose" car, what does that tell you ..... its very solid. (Marti report shows originally sold in N Dakota). This is NOT a primered-over-mystery-rust-case.... I've sanded away most of previous paint to confirm status of the panels. As you can see the whole "back" of car, roof, hood, trunk & cowl are ORIGINAL , (lower quarters added way back). The fenders & doors are replacements from a donor mustang- ALL FORD sheetmetal ! As for for bodywork all this Mach 1 needs is some light blocking, sealer, & paint. Its a near complete project thats easiest explained/ budgeted with what it needs not what it has ...Blocking, paint (single stage urethane) $1,800Tires $ 700Interior "re-vinyl" kit $ 425Carpet & headliner $ 400Bumpers $ 400Dash pad $ 200Gas cap $ 75Misc.(trunk lock, emblems) $ 200 TOTAL ......................................................... $ 4,200 The minor amount of metalwork needed has been done, c-pics ( seat pans, & shock tower panels). All drivetrain is complete, suspension & its bushings, brakes, bearings are new. It has a 4-speed toploader w/ Hust shifter, new clutch pressure plate, etc. (a 3 speed was its stock- rare option, but a 3-speed is easy to find). I believe the rear is original (has a "C9" part number & 3.25 gears on tag, as on Marti). Now for the fun part, (a 351w 4 barrel was the original option), but I have a bad ass 351 CLEVELAND! (On eng stand now, I can drop in car if winning bidder wants or leave seperate). Its regarded as the "wild child" of smallblocks. See pics, its bored .40 over, new bearings, gaskets, 260h cam, Carter Comp Series 750 carb, fresh heads (2v heads- much preffered for a street car), Edelbrock intake & air filter, M/T valve covers, Mallory Unilite distributer & coil, Mallory elec. fuel pump, gauge & regulator, headers !!! JUST LOOK AT THAT BEAST- heads turn when a Cleveland is heard. This set-up is perfect for dumping the clutch at low rpm & testing you're local noise ordinances !! ( I've had one before).... You could put higher gears in the rear and up the cam to a 280 or 290h and ink out more hp above 5,000 rpm, but I like the old school GRUNT right off idle. So please look at pics closely as they should answer any other questions. Consider this car should sell for at least $25k when finished so bid accordingly..... Note actual Florida Title w/ 36,980 miles, and ignition key ( NO FLIM FLAM!) ..... I have many pics of engine work, & suspension, underbody, etc.. E-bay limits the pics to 24. If your between Tampa,Fl & DFW,TX I can bring to you for $.40 a mile after paid in full (minumum $ 250) On Apr-18-13 at 08:11:53 PDT, seller added the following information: Here are more pics ... http://s1158.photobucket.com/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1685_zps0d227e94.jpg.html?sort=3&o=17#/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1682_zps0767dfe5.jpg.html?sort=3&o=16&_suid=13662974257950893675361960844 http://s1158.photobucket.com/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1685_zps0d227e94.jpg.html?sort=3&o=17#/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1579_zps52bf31d4.jpg.html?sort=3&o=13&_suid=13662974257950893675361960844 http://s1158.photobucket.com/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1685_zps0d227e94.jpg.html?sort=3&o=17#/user/bills817/media/69%20Mach%201/DSCN1695_zps8076f3c9.jpg.html?sort=3&o=24&_suid=13662974257950893675361960844On Apr-18-13 at 08:38:07 PDT, seller added the following information: On Apr-18-13 at 18:47:36 PDT, seller added the following information: On Apr-22-13 at 17:13:29 PDT, seller added the following information:
