Up for sale today is a 1991 Ford F250 Diesel Extended Cab Pickup Truck. First the bad: THE TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING! Will shift manually into overdrive, will drive and load for trailering but I wouldn't trust any extended trip. Parked it when it started acting up in 2009, I have a company truck so I didn't and don't need it, time to clear out the projects that have accumulated. I replaced the injectors about 5,000 miles ago, along with the glow plugs, maintained religiously. Batteries are dead but it starts right up with good batteries ( I took the batteries out of my tractor to start it, buyer will have to supply their own). Naturally aspirated. Has a Gooseneck Plate, the ball is removed. It has been parked for 4 years, The trim is showing weathering, there might be problems that I am not aware of. With a rebuild on the tranny I would expect this truck to make a great work truck. Please look at the pictures and ask questions. Thanks and Good Luck! On Mar-24-13 at 09:14:50 PDT, seller added the following information: Just to be clear: I cannot verify the accuracy of the mileage, I bought it with the odometer reading in the mid 80,000s, I put 60,000 or so on it. Having not owned the truck since new I took the word of the old fellow I bought it from that that was actual mileage, but cannot guarantee the veracity.
