Unbelievable barn find, from the original owner. This original paint low mile Corolla has it's owners manuals, registrations, title (copy) & service card all in the original owners name until earlier this year when It was discovered by my client, and registered in his name (technically the 2nd owner now). You will be amazed at the preservation of this little first generation Corolla. Fuel has been flushed, a new battery added, and updated electric fuel pump is all it took to get it running. Car runs, drives and shifts in and out of all 4 gears and reverse with no issues. This is as far as we have taken it mechanically and should not be considered a daily driver until drive train is thoroughly inspected, and refreshed. An absolute time warp. Very solid and straight, paint still shines nicely. Two small but isolated areas of rust are the cars only cosmetic issues (bottom driver side front fender and passenger side forward rocker(surface only here)). Both areas documented in pictures link. All glass including windshield in very nice condition. One of the side pop out windows is fiberglass, but should be an easy replacement in glass as it is a flat piece. Interior is a mind blower. No cracks in the dash or steering wheel. Original carpets have never seen sunlight accept over the center tunnel. Original Am radio lights up and works great! Choke, heater lights, horn, signals dome light etc all work too. The chrome and deco strips are very nice. Side deco is flawless (doesn't look as nice as it is in the pictures do to tree reflections). It is laser straight with no bends, nicks, fading scratches etc. Extremely rare car in this condition.
